Phantom was captured on a night dive in Hawai‘I, I was surrounded by more than 30 reef manta rays moving through the darkness. Amongst the quiet chaos, this single manta isolated itself, gliding towards the light with purpose. Its vast wingspan and gentle movement created a fleeting moment quickly captured on camera. A phantom of the deep, drawn from shadow into light.
