Proserpine Rock Wallaby

Take part in the Proserpine Rock Wallaby Treasure Hunt, a fun and interactive activity for all ages. Explore Proserpine as you search for unique sculptures hidden in parks, landmarks, and local businesses. Along the way, enjoy simple challenges, learn interesting facts, and discover more about our local artists and the town’s history and culture. It’s a great way to spend time with family and friends, support local businesses, and uncover hidden gems in your community.

Clues now available for download... print them out and start on the wallaby adventure!

Here's how it works:

1. Download and print the clues (A4 size)

2. Start at the PEC, find the first wallaby in the exhibition.  Write the name of the artist in the first line of boxes. Be careful where you put the letters, so they line up with the key at the end.

3. Follow the clues, in order, to each wallaby. Some of them a quite tricky so you may need to think hard.  A little local knowledge will help too. Note the artists name, learn a bit about the artist from the QR code and move on to find the next wallaby.

4. When you have found them all and have a name on each line, insert your answer sheet into the clue key at the last wallaby. Decipher the sentence and finish the last word.

5. Return to the exhibition, collect a completion sticker and put your entry in the big black box.
