Beautiful Whitsunday Islands

This is the story of our beautiful islands of the Whitsundays. The story of the past residents that once occupied the island, and the new folk now coming to dwell amongst us on our beautiful islands. What stands on earth might disintegrate, but under the magic blue Pacific Ocean, things remain the same, amazing sea creatures, great and small and coral reefs galore. Under the sea there are friends the octopus and the hawksbill turtle. The octopus said, "Let me put my many arms around you, because you are endangered". This fabric acrylic collage was carefully created to portray our island paradise.
