The Community Gallery has had its monthly changeover, with a new collection of artworks now on display and plenty of reasons to call in for another look.

One of the highlights this cycle is a beautiful collection of framed fine art prints from professional photographer Kairi Kalijo.

Robyn Goller has introduced something quite different with her wildlife paintings on small timber palettes,

They join more than 27 artists exhibiting this cycle, with a wide mix of painting, photography, sculpture and handcrafted work throughout the Gallery.

The regular changeover is an important part of the Community Gallery. Every four weeks the displays are refreshed, new work arrives and the Gallery takes on a different look, so there is always something new to see.

And there’s one wall in particular that is attracting plenty of attention this month.

Small original artworks are arriving for ORIGINALS: The $100 Collection, our Gallery fundraiser on Thursday 24 September. The small art wall is filling with an extraordinary mix of colours, subjects and styles from professional and emerging artists, all creating original works especially for the fundraiser.

Every artwork will be priced at $100, with 100% of the proceeds supporting the Community Gallery. If you’d like first choice, make sure you join us on the 24th.

Come in and see what’s new

Since opening, one of the things we’ve heard most often from visitors is how much they enjoy the variety of work in the Gallery.

“The gallery is a fabulous achievement! The contents are of a very high standard and a wonderful range.”

Another visitor summed it up simply: “Great variety and wonderful artists.”

If you haven’t been in for a while, this is a good time to come back. The walls have changed, there are new artists and new works to discover, and the $100 Collection is coming together ahead of next week’s fundraiser.
