There's a fresh burst of creativity at the Community Art Gallery in Proserpine this October, and we can't wait to share it with you! Our latest Gallery changeover has brought a wonderful mix of new artists, fresh works from familiar favourites and plenty of surprises. With everything from stunning underwater photography and colourful paintings to handcrafted glass art and unique gifts, there's never been a better time to visit.

If you’ve driven along the Bruce Highway through Proserpine recently, you may have noticed something a little different across the road from the Community Art Gallery. The palm trees have been transformed with bold, colourful artworks as part of Colour the Whitsundays, a public art project designed to bring art into everyday spaces and show just how much fun art can be.

More than 200 people joined us on Thursday evening to celebrate the official opening of the Creative Connections Whitsunday Community Art Gallery, and what an incredible night it was.
